Lentells is a well-established and forward-thinking accountancy practice with a reputation for delivering exceptional client service across the South-west. We're now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team and take ownership of a diverse client portfolio. The position is full time, 37.5 hours per week. 

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible or managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Your day-to-day will include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and their portfolios 
• Reviewing accounts, tax returns, VAT returns and preparing insightful reports
• Drafting professional correspondence and letters to clients
• Raising accurate invoices in a timely manner 
• Ensuring deadlines are met for both you and your team 
• Monitoring and following up on outstanding fees
• Handling new client enquiries with confidence and clarity
• Supporting directors with their workload as needed 
• Liaising with external stakeholders such as HMRC on behalf of clients
